In Filmora 14, adding your own photos or video clips is straightforward. Here’s how you can do it:
Importing Your Media:
- Open Filmora 14.
- On the main screen, click the “Import” button located at the top left, or you can simply drag and drop your files directly into the Media Library.
- From there, you can select Import Media Files, navigate to your photos or videos on your computer, and click Open to add them to your project.
Adding Media to the Timeline:
- Once your files are in the Media Library, drag the photo or video you want to use onto the timeline.
- You can layer multiple media files on different tracks if needed (e.g., having a photo in the background with a video on top).
Editing and Enhancing:
- You can adjust the duration of your media clips, trim them, apply transitions between clips, add text, or adjust the color and effects.
- Use the “Effects” tab to add various video effects, or apply filters to enhance your images.
- You can also add music or voiceovers by importing audio files into the media library and dragging them into the audio timeline.
Using Media from the Library:
- In addition to your own content, Filmora provides a library of stock footage, music, and transitions that you can combine with your imported media.
Once you're done, you can preview the project and make any necessary adjustments. When satisfied, click Export to save or share your video.
This flexibility lets you customize your video with your own photos and videos, giving you creative control over your project!
